8. Stealing or taking merchandise from the Store will be dealt with accordingly as
the law provides, and it will be charge the amount of items 10x.
9. Absences must be avoided. However, if reasonable, proper information should
be given to the supervisor or manager prior to date of absence indicating valid
reasons.
15. Prior to closing time, all workers shall check their respective areas and collect
all waste for disposal upon leaving their post, said waste /garbage however, shall
be checked by the guard on duty prior to disposal outside the store.
16. Locker should be open twice daily. The moment you come in and the time you
leave. You are allowed to bring your snacks and lunch. Employees are prohibited
to go in and out once shift started.
17. Ensure that the stock room and stocks are clean and organized.
18. Separate damage items from the good one.
19. Always make sure that the displays are neat and presentable.
20. Cash advance are allowed only every Wednesday with maximum amount of
500 pesos only.
21. If the stock of your display is not full to its maximum inform the stock man to
get the stocks on the stock room, or else it will be deducted to your salary.
22. Day off shall be followed according to the given schedule, if employees don’t
follow their will be a penalty of 2 days no salary.

THIS Memorandum is issued to inform all of the K/X employees regarding the
amendment on the established “TARDINESS &AND ATTENDANCE POLICY REVISED”
Memorandum (Memo Reference #2019-2001). This shall supersede the
aforementioned memorandum.
Objective:
The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines for handling employee’s tardiness and
absences.
Guidelines:
1. Employees are required to be in the office at least 10 minutes before the store open.
This is to ensure that the all the employees already working in the respective work
station to start to work.
2. The DTR machine and the DTR card is the DTR system used as the basis for the
employee’s attendance.
a) In the event that the DTR Machine or DTYR card falls or error that will 30%
deducted to your salary.
b) Only the person shall be IN or OUT the DTR owned. If that the case if your
workmate shall be IN or OUT to you that will be deducted 30% to your salary.
c) In the event if the system is out of service or brownout, attendance will be
based on the cctv or in the logbook.

If the absences is due to a valid reason, no disciplinary or warning shall be given as long
as supporting document are presented.
Supporting documents that may be presented including but not limited to the following
Medical Certificate
Medical Prescription
All supporting documents are subject for the validation and must support the reason of
absences.

a) Employees must cooperate with their supervisor or the management of
the store by informing them immediately or at least an hour before the
store open, for any issues that might affect his/her attendance.
b) Secure and provide supporting document as proof to justify tardiness /
absence for emergency cases and avoid warning for termination.
c) Shall wait for a response from the supervisor and the management of
the store as an acknowledgement of their notification.

The following are the condition of your employment with this store:
1. You must be on probationary for a period of six (6) months co9mmencing on your first
day of work with the store, During the probationary employment, you will be working
with us on a trial basis to determine your fitness for regularization, Your conversion to
permanent status shall be primarily conditioned and dependent upon your satisfactory
service and performance of the work assigned to you.

3. The store likewise reserves its right to terminate your probationary employment. Even

to get only your salary up to the end of your working day.
4. You agree to be assigned to any work station or branch of the store for such as be
determined by the store whenever the service requires such assignments.
5. In case you intend to resign from the store. You are required to notify the store at least
10 days prior to the affectivity of your resignation.
