Accomplishment Reports for CY 2019 (AAR Format) with Arial12 Font (e-copy) as the soonest
possible time (ASAP) to support the required subject matter listed below. Report of Coverage:
January to March 2019(1st quarter)

4. Further submit action pictures with caption (in high resolution digital copy) that best
describe/portray the significant accomplishments/activities with the persons responsible for the
realization of the same and 2019 commitment.
