primarily operate in tier II & tier III cities with the chain of “Value Retail” departmental

We have 192 stores across 156 cities in 15 states and union territories, with a total retail area
of 1.5 Million sq. ft (139354.56 Sq Metre). Our stores are located in prime states/cities such
as Bihar, Chandigarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, New Delhi,
Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. We are among the pioneers in setting up
modern ambiance stores or large retail malls across various small towns and cities like
including Sultanpur, Ujjain, Motihari and more.
 Where Do We Come From?

First incorporated as Varin Commercial Private Limited under the Companies Act in

2002 in West Bengal. Then in 2003, we opened our maiden store in Ahmedabad (Gujarat).

In the Year 2004 we have opened our first store in capital city, New Delhi. Further in 2006
we have crossed 1 lac sq.ft. retail space and subsequently renamed to V-Mart Retail Private
Limited.

In the year of 2008, we hit the base by registering V-Mart Retail as a public limited entity and
also crossed the turnover of 1,000 million INR As the time passes by we took the shape of a
renowned family brand that caters the needs of whole family by offering high quality retail
products.

Along with growing customers, we achieved a turnover of over INR 2,000 million in 2011-12
In the Year 2012 we have crossed the retail space of 5 lac Sq. Ft.

Road, Shahzadpur, Akbarpur, Uttar Pradesh. -V Mart Retail has opened 86th Store at Jhansi,
Uttar Pradesh. -V Mart Retail has opened 65th Store at Varansi, Uttar Pradesh. -V Mart
Retail Opening its 84th Store at Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh. 2014 -V Mart Retail has Opened
92nd Store at Patna City, Bihar. -V Mart Retail has Opened 97th Store at Ranchi, Jharkhand.

015 V-Mart Retail Ltd has informed the Corporate Office of the Company has been shifted to
Plot No. 862, Udyog Vihar Industrial Area, Phase - V, Gurgaon -122016 (Haryana). In view
of the above the Communications/correspondences, as may be, can also be addressed to the
Corporate Office address i.e. Plot No. 862, Udyog Vihar Industrial Area, Phase - V, Gurgaon
- 122016 (Haryana). Further the Company has informed that, the Registered Office address of
the Company shall remain same as earlier i.e. F-ll, Udyog Nagar Industrial Area, Peeragarhi,

During the year under review the company organised various events so as to be in constant
touch with the customers and get a better understanding of their needs.During the financial
year ended 31 March 2015 the company opened 19 new stores under the brand V-Mart
spread over an area of 1.71 lacs sq. ft. During the year the company also completed the
transition to a new warehouse and corporate office keeping into account the existing and
future growth.During the financial year ended 31 March 2016 the company opened 17 new
stores under the brand V-Mart spread over an area of 1.48 lacs sq. ft. The company closed
two stores during the year.During the financial year ended 31 March 2017 the company
continued with its existing approach to endeavor to establish its growth pattern in the Retail
Industry with a chain of stores under the V-Mart brand in the north and eastern part of India.
During the year the company opened 20 new stores under the brand V-Mart which were
spread over an area of 1.80 lacs sq. ft. The company closed two stores during the year.During
the financial year ended 31 March 2018 the company opened 31 new stores under the brand
V-Mart which were spread over an area of 2.4 Lac sq. ft
