SUMMARY
SUMMARY
VIDYASAGAR UNIVERSITY
For any organisation recruitment and selection is one of the most essential
functions. The human resources are the most important assets of an
organization and success or failure of the organization largely depends on this
important asset. So for organisations it is essential to have the right people on
the right job. This is where recruitment and selection play a vital role.
The purpose of this project is to study and analyse the recruitment and selection
procedure of MAX NEW YORK LIFE.
Findings My job is to recruit the people for Max New York Life. Company gave
me some criteria e.g. age should be between 25 yrs to 40 yrs, education background
should be at least 12th standard etc. After recruitment, the selected people need to
give training and arrange exam. The training program is of 20 days.
Key Learning I learn in Max New York Life, about manpower requisition form ,
recruitment plan , budget , sources of recruitment , selection process, recruitment and
the training program
