techniques to analyse the results. Even the time needed for closing the financial

productivity performance. These results stem from exceptional practices in

customers ,and suppliers ,and aligning all its business process with key
organizational.

The History and Importance of Quality. Quality assurance refers to any planned
and systematic activity directed toward providing consumers with product (good
and services) of appropriate quality , along with the confidence that product meet
consumer’s requirement.

From product quality to total quality management. Managers began to realize


that the approaches they we to listen the customers and develop strategy
measures performance and analyze data , reward and train employees, design
and deliver products and service . In other words , quality management is as
important as the management of quality.

 1940’s-1950’s the shortage of civilian goods in the United States made


production a top priority.

For the age of craftsmanship, quality assurance was informal; ever effort was
made to ensure that quality was built into the final product by the people who
produced it. Craft guilds consisting of masters, journey men and apprentices,
emerged to ensure that crafts people were adequately trained.
