Swivel Ring Flange
(HSRF)

For over 30 years, Hydratight’s innovative products and services have

Management of all aspects of the mechanical joint, ensuring a lifetime of
successful operation is at the heart of the company’s world-renowned
pedigree.

This expertise has now been applied to a new

product development, the Hydratight
Swivel Ring Flange (HSRF). This
product range comes from the
team responsible for the highly
respected and trusted Morgrip
pipe-end connector.

Swivel ring flanges have

been used to simplify the
final tie-in process of
subsea pipelines for many
years. By allowing the 360°
rotation of the bolt-holes to
align with those of the mating
flange, the swivel ring flange
reduces dive-time and makes
connection easy.

As you would expect, the Hydratight SRF is designed and manufactured

to the same exacting standards as any Morgrip product, including full
ASME compliance, stress-analysis and materials traceability.

The Hydratight SRF uses a simple retaining groove to secure the rotating
flange component, removing the need for welding within the

manufacturing process. Thus, making it simple to prepare the flange for

The Hydratight SRF is available in all commonly used sizes and ratings
from existing inventory. Specialist or non-standard flanges are available
through our in-house manufacturing resources, thus accommodating all
of our customers’ repair and construction requirements.
