CHANGE IN THE TERMS OF NOTICE PERIOD
In a fiercely competitive business environment, where the business competitiveness and
growth are most critical for organizations to be on the winning edge, the aspects related
to people retention are extremely critical to the business growth and continuity.
However, for managing various challenges related to increasing people attrition and
talent retention which are becoming the focus of all the organizations, we have intiated
various processes to manage the business growth and continuity, by focusing on
initiatives related to employee engagement and retention
As a part of the above focus areas and to safeguard the interests of the
‘organization related to business growth and continuity, it has been decided that
the present term of Notice period to be given by the Company or by the employee
of one month OR by the payment of one month's Consolidated salary and other
admissible allowances in lieu of the notice period on either side, will now stand
revised to three months notice or by payment of three month's Consolidated
salary and other admissible allowances in lieu of the notice period on either side.
The above comes into effect from 1% October, 2007, and is applicable to all
employees in the Management Cadre on the rolls of the Company as on
1* October, 2007.
All other terms and conditions with respect to the same shall remain unchanged.
‘The Management reserves the right to amend / modify the rules, as required from
time to time.
