However, for managing various challenges related to increasing people attrition and talent retention which are becoming the focus of all the organizations, we have intiated various processes to manage the business growth and continuity, by focusing on initiatives related to employee engagement and retention As a part of the above focus areas and to safeguard the interests of the ‘organization related to business growth and continuity, it has been decided that the present term of Notice period to be given by the Company or by the employee of one month OR by the payment of one month's Consolidated salary and other admissible allowances in lieu of the notice period on either side, will now stand revised to three months notice or by payment of three month's Consolidated salary and other admissible allowances in lieu of the notice period on either side. The above comes into effect from 1% October, 2007, and is applicable to all employees in the Management Cadre on the rolls of the Company as on 1* October, 2007.
