1. Please describe your company.

OYO Rooms is India's largest branded network of hotels spread across 122 cities with 2500+ hotels offering standardized
stay experiences at an unmatched price.

2. Please describe your role and responsibilities at OYO Rooms.

I am the Product Head at OYO Rooms and responsible for all activities encompassing product strategy, product
development, product positioning, commercial activities and growth & alliances.

3. What was your objective for the project with InnovationM?

We wanted to simplify the booking process and thus needed an integrated application for the booking team that can help
manage, modify or cancel the bookings. We wanted a solution that can help people browse and book rooms at the
convenience of just a tap of button; a connected solution to manage the inventories of rooms in the hotel & sync-up with
booking done on the Hotel central booking system. The solution needed to be customer friendly with quick, easy to use but
comprehensive features.

4. Please describe the scope of work of InnovationM?

InnovationM was involved in Android application development of OYO Rooms.

5. Can you provide an approximate dollar figure for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?

I cannot give a general figure, but it took several months of work.

6. When was the project completed?

The project started last year in the month of October and was completed in three months time by December 2014. There
were no delays as such and the project was completed well as per the timeframe they committed upon.

7. Did InnovationM perform up to your expectations?

InnovationM did a tremendously good job in meeting our expectations.

8. Is there anything that makes them stand out, compared to other companies?

They have a professional approach to everything which is pretty impressive; also they did a good job at the technological
forefront.

9. Is there any area that you think they could improve upon?

Nothing really to improve upon. Our overall experience with them was very good, but it would have been even better if
they would have undertaken the designing job as well.
