IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1 The declaration of the result and admission is subject to the decision of Special Leave Petitions Nos.16307/17, 16311/17 & 17447/1/2017 as directed by Hon’ble Supreme
Court of India in its decision dated 12.06.2017.
2 The result in respect of the candidates above 25 years of age is also subject to the outcome of Writ Petition pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in this
regard.
3 Result has been prepared based on the information provided by the candidates in their online application form. The information submitted by candidates is subject to
verification by admitting authorities.
4 In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks in NEET (UG) 2017, the inter-se-merit of such candidates has been determined as per rule 2 of chapter-6 of
Information Bulletin of NEET (UG) 2017.
5 CBSE has declared only All India Rank and All India Quota Rank.  Candidates may apply to the designated Counselling Authorities.
6 Details of the various Counselling Authorities are given in Appendix-IV, Page 42 of Information Bulletin.
7 Counselling Authorities will invite applications from the successful candidates and prepare their own merit list as per their rules based on All India Rank.
8 In NEET result, category and domicile of the candidates is as per details submitted by them in online form. These have been used to prepare the Merit List for 15% All India
Quota seats. In case, if the category of candidate falls under any other category in the State Category List, candidates may apply to designated Counseling Authorities with
their category as per State Category List and designated Counselling Authorities will verify the same. The same is the case with domicile. CBSE will not change any details of
the candidates.
9 All candidates are advised to remain in touch with the websites of Counselling Authorities for updates etc.
10 Qualified Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates may refer to Chapter 3 {5(a-iv)} of information Bulletin.
11 Qualifying in NEET (UG) 2017 does not confer any right for admission in Medical/Dental Colleges. Selection of qualified candidates in NEET (UG) 2017 for admission to
Medical/Dental Colleges is subject to merit position and satisfying the admission criteria as laid down in the rules of Central Government/State
Government/Universities/Institutions.
12 The copy of the Rank letter and the Result Sheet of the candidates has been made available in their digilocker account.
