rally with Juan Dela Cruz on the commemoration of martial law?-

7) But during said rally you haven’t seen any police authorities

9) Then suddenly you saw three men in civilian attire approached
Juan De La Cruz? -YES
10) But in your Judicial Affidavit you stated that Juan was at the
other side of the street. Correct?
11) Hence you are meters away from each other? Correct?

20) Were these three men carrying anything? These men were

22) You also alleged that these men forced Juan to ride in a
white van?

23) Isn’t it that in your Judicial Affidavit, nowhere could we find
that Mr. Dela Cruz screamed for help? Correct?
24) Otherwise, you could have asked help from those people
around considering that they are unarmed.. correct? Yes but.. Yes

25) Hence, it negates the fact that these men used any force in
