O R D E R:

In the reference second read above, the Registrar, Special Court

for the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982
Hyderabad, has proposed amendments to Form.No.1 under Rule 3 and
Rule 6(2)(i) of Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Rules
1988, on the analogy plaint proforma in the Civil Procedure Code.

2. The Government after careful examination accepted the proposal

and accordingly the following Notification will be published in an
Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Dated.15-11-2010.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section16 of

the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982, (Andhra
Pradesh Act 12 of 1982) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, hereby
makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Land
Grabbing (Prohibition) Rules, 1988 issued in G.O.Ms.No.396, Revenue
(L), Dated.30.5.1988, and published in the Rules supplement to part-I
Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Dated 09.06.1988
as amended from time to time.

AMENDMENTS

In the said Rules:-

(I) In Rule 6 in sub- rule (2) in clause (i) the expression “with
regard to columns 1 to 15 and 19 in Form.I” shall be
omitted,

(II) For Form - I the following shall be substituted, namely:-
