** IMPORTANT MESSAGE ** - Gone Too Soon

My dear husband, Julio C. Martinez, passed on June 4, 2013 after a
courageous battle against cancer, but not without leaving his mark and
positive impact in this world. His kind and friendly spirit, honest
attitude, brilliant mind, and enthusiasm for life, learning, and teaching
are but a few of his numerous magnificent qualities we terribly miss.

I am taking all the steps to ensure that Julio's legacy lives on, and that
Stroboscope continues to be available in the academic setting, as it has
for many years. In a joint effort, Stroboscope will be managed and
maintained by Julio's long time esteemed colleague and friend, and also
co-creator of Stroboscope, Dr. Photios Ioannou at the University of
Michigan in Ann Arbor.

We are in the final process of this transition, and we ask end users to
please be patient as we work hard to tie the lose ends of this process
which should be finalized in the next few weeks. We apologize for any
inconvenience.

Please direct Stroboscope related inquiries, including software key

related issues to Dr. Ioannou via email at photios[at]umich[dot]edu.
Please note that due to the circumstances and the transitional process
we are currently experiencing, replies to any inquiries may be delayed a
few days, or even a few weeks.

Thanks for your understanding.

Sincerely,

Lena M. Martinez
