Activity:

The session started on the afternoon of Friday, February 8, 2019


with the discussion and sharing of ideas about IPCRF. The participants
brought them the handbook on RPMS (PPST) for reference. The speakers
discussed on the alignment of it in the OPCR for better result of the
year’s school performance.

Insight:

There were learnings gained in the School Learning Action Cell


session. The review done was very effective for easier preparation of
the teacher’s IPCRF. It was focused much on the classroom instruction-
the best attachment since it is the main duty of the teachers.

Activity:

The session’s activities were;


 Lecturing on the different approaches
 Discussion on some issues
 Demonstration teaching

Insight:

Learnings gained were so much on the pedagogy. It was a clear


information on the reading skills of learners should start on the early
grades and no longer on fourth grade. Explicit teaching was modeled in
teaching Math and the use of the 5E model in teaching Science. Engaging
learners on the new lesson played an important role to connect their
present situation to the new lesson.
