Sub: Cleaning of University campus and Tree Plantation.

Sir,

It has brought to your kind notice that our GSSIP University campus garden should get
cleaned twice in a month, for which the gardeners should be provided with the gloves and other
necessary equipments required for garden cleaning. This will clear all the trash from the lot and
prepare the ground for planting more trees and plants. One of the most difficult problems that
gardeners face is the plant disease, and the only treatment is the removal of the affected parts of
the plants. Plant diseases continue to live on leaves, twigs and other debris removed from the plant,
as well as debris that falls to the ground. Hard rains can splash the disease organisms back onto the
plant, and some diseases are carried on the wind, making prompt cleanup and disposal essential to
prevent the further spread of disease.

I hope my request will be granted soon.

Thankyou,

(Dr. S. Neeleshwar)
