CONCLUSION

All the statutory and non statutory measures are provided to employees as per the
standard measures, which improves employees satisfaction and increase productivity
Any organisation success and growth depends on employees company may have rich
resource of capital, material, infrastructure, machines and technologic but if the
quality of man power is not good, the organisation cannot succeed. Labour welfare
plays a vital role in every organisation. The quality and productivity of man power
depends on the welfare measures of the organisation
By conducting the study I have acquired and in-depth knowledge regarding labour
welfare and how it contributes towards organisations success. I would like to conduct
a further deep study on labour welfare if I get an opportunity. This study is very
helpful for my career in HR filed.
SUGGESTIONS

In the basis of the study conducted, following suggestions can be made

 Drinking water facilities, cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the organisation can
be improved
 Medical benefits provided for the employees and their families can be improved by
increasing the number of recognised hospitals
 Hospitalisation facilities in plant can be improved by increasing various other medical
facilities like having a subsidized pharma outlet in the campus, increasing the
consultation available duration and strengthening the infrastructure of the dispensary.
 Majority of the respondents have disagreed with the various aspects of canteen
facilities like hygiene, quality of the food, reduction in the practice of outsourcing the
cooking. Hence the concerned authorities need to concentrate on enhancing the
satisfaction of employees relating to canteen.
 Education facilities for their children can be improved by providing education
institution for children.
