I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
On April 27, 2019 I was dispatched to 10391 S. State St. for a female naked and fighting a male. I arrived and
made contact with Kaitlin Adderley. Kaitlin was dressed when I arrived. Kaitlin said she was in an argument with
her boyfriend. According to the boyfriend Kaitlin took her clothing off as she accused the boyfriend of cheating
and grabbed at him. Kaitlin made a statement saying she took her cloths off because her boyfriend doesn't want
her anymore. I made contact with the complainant. The complainant filled out witness statements. In the
statements, Kaitlin was naked in public dancing, shouting, and grabbing at a male (the boyfriend). The incident
was witnessed by the complainant's 2 year old child. The incident also took place in a busy public area with
constant vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
