2) Payments by Cheque/ NEFT/RTGS only. No cash is acceptable in any office of ESSL.
3) Goods Once sold cannot be taken back. Any Deviations in Proforma Invoice / Tax Invoice should be informed within 72 Hrs to our E-Mail ID. No
Claim will be entertained after that.
4) Warranty 15 months only for distributors on all biometric devices,and warranty is 12 Months only for dealers from the date of Invoice for all
manufacturing and Workmanship defects. Warranty does not extend to any part of the unit which has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, accident,
improper handling by any agency not authorized by eSSL. All analog products (like DVR, analog tvl) will have only one year warranty. AVI HD or IP
CCTV products alone will have 2 years warranty. No warranty on all Exit Readers and Locks (except 101 HE and Indian EM Lock)
5) Further this warranty shall cease to be operative in the event of the unit having been tampered with, serviced or repaired by any agency not
authorised by eSSL Pvt Ltd.
6) All warranty services from our works, Bangalore or nearest Service Center in
India.
7) Jurisdiction for all claims/Disputes :Bangalore,India
8) No Warranty on Proximity Cards, PSU Cards, Power Supply, Exit Readers, Batteries and Physical Damage.
9) Selling eSSL Pvt Ltd products on ecommerce portals such as snapdeal, amazon, ebay etc are strictly prohibited and illegal. Appropriate legal action
will be taken as per law, if found guilty.
10) Interest at 18 % P.A, will be applicable for any delay in the payments beyond the credit period provided.
