WORK EXPERIENCE

Private Piano and Vocal Instructor August 2008- Present

I instructed private piano and vocal lessons. For each individual, I had to personally create a lesson
plan and organize a lesson schedule. This also involved teaching group lessons and performance
preparation.
MPW Instructional Designer July 2016- July 2017

I was hired as instructional designer to evaluate, create and implement training programs, where
performance gaps have occurred and for a wide variety of individuals. I was also in charge of
updating, creating and troubling shooting company ecourses for various trainers and corporate
leaders.

Instructional Design Contractor for State Auto Insurance July 2015- December 2015

I was hired as a contractor to help establish and maintain the current LMS. I was also responsible for
creating job aids, consulting on company projects, creating academy pages and building interactive
courses for trainers.

Internship January 2015- April 2015

I completed an internship with Licking Heights School District. My internship involved working with
the District’s Technology Coordinator and the High School Principle. I was there to help provide
technological resources, create job aids and evaluate the current status of technology integration
within the school district.

Nanny February 2013- November 2014

I was responsible for the care and safety of children. I provided general care, helped with homework,
cooked, cleaned and provided fun and safe activities.

Buckeye Allergy File Clerk January 2013- August 2013

I was responsible for keeping patients' charts current with dictation and documentation. I was also
responsible for preparing charts for the doctors and pulling charts. Additional responsibilities
included; purging charts, assisting the secretaries and Televox.

Childcare December 2006- May 2009

I was a childcare provider for many young children. The majority of my responsibilities were to
provide a safe and healthy environment for the children. Many of my duties included: helping with
homework, cooking meals, cleaning, and preparing them for bedtime. I had to tailor safe and fun
activities based on age and personality. The ages ranged from newborn to ten years old.
