would not be feasible at open venues due
to noise disturbance to resident guests.
However, on request, the same can be
arranged at indoor venues (subject to
availability),with the set-up provided either
by the guest, or by the hotel on a
chargeable basis. Music, live or recorded, is
permitted until 2130 hrs at an outdoor
venue and 2300 hrs at an indoor venue.
24 RESTRICTIONS Volume levels for all events at
indoor/outdoor venues will be controlled by
hotel staff.

License, Novex License, Dance Floor, DG set
& Full DJ Setup. Should you require the DJ,
PPL & Novex licenses (the mandatory
licenses) to be arranged by the hotel, we
shall organise the same at additional costs

regulations for any Live dance performance prior
permission would be required from
PHONOGRAPHIC PERFORMANCE LICENCEE (PPL)
and if the performers are foreign national then
the immigration clearance is mandatory.
As per the directive of Honorable Supreme
Court of India playing of loud music and
Live or recorded musical performance or
recitals are not permitted beyond 22.00
hours at the venue and the same strictly
applicable at the resort.
Ø Fireworks are not permitted in the resort
premises. If required, special permission

the client is fully responsible for losses
/damages at the resort.
Ø Please note as per Tamil Nadu
Government rules & regulations Liquor will
be served
only till 22.45 hours.
PPL license from all the event management
company would be required for all events where
the music is played in the form of audio or visual
in any public place / events. This also includes
CD player, cassette player, fashion shows,
product launches etc. Organizing such events in
the Resort premises requires obtaining a no
objection certificate for the Resort and the same
should be handed over a day prior.
As per the directive of honourable Supreme
Court of India, playing of loud music and live /
recorded musical performance or recital is not
permitted beyond 22.00 hrs at the venue. All
music / musical performance will be shut down
by 22.00 hrs in accordance with the court's
directive.
For all the banquet events held in the
resort, any kind of noise would not be
permitted in the Water Front Lawn, Eclipse
Lawn & Pool side area.
