WITH ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I Lester Kelvin C. Locloc, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of No 1

INT Gibraltar, Baguio City, am the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle more
particularly describe as follows, to wit;

That for and in consideration of FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND ( P

530.000.00) PESOS , Philippines Currency in hand to me paid by the vendee JOY
MARIE B. LIQUIGAN, likewise of legal age, married/single and a resident of 008
MINES VIEW , BAGUIO CITY, have sold, transferred and conveyed and by virtue of
these presents do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY the above mentioned motor
vehicle unto the said vendee JOY MARIE B. LIQUIGAN to his heirs and assigns,
successors-in-interest , by way of ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE , the mortgagee
BPI-DAGUPAN BRANCH, and shall defend the same from all liens and encumbrances
of whatsoever except that of the mortgagee bank BPI- DAGUPAN BRANCH.

That the vendee shall pay the monthly amortization in the amount of TWENTY
SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED (P26.100.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, for 46
MONTHS consecutive months which starts on FEBRUARY 02 .2018 until full
obligation has been paid.

That the vendee shall pay the charges, penalties, fees as prescribed by the
mortgagee bank in case of default of payment on the monthly amortization.

That In case the vendee fails to pay the monthly amortization for FOUR (4)
consecutive months, the vendor or any authorize representative has the right to repossess
the subject motor vehicle without the need for extra judicial foreclosure.

That all the rights and obligations of the vendor to the mortgagee bank are hereby
SOBROGATED to the vendee.

That an ABSOLUTE DEED OF SALE in favor of the vendee shall only be

executed upon full payment of the obligation to the mortgagee bank.
