Human Resources

centralization of hiring process for 350 employees; reviewed and approved all
requests for new hires; advised management regarding reclassifications, position
descriptions and title selection for new positions.

§ Led an on-going implementation and evaluation of the performance management


system; trained managers on proper techniques and documentation; maintained
database tracking completion of performance evaluations; chaired team that
redesigned performance review instrument.
