IMPLEMENTATION STATUS OF THE AFTERCARE SERVICE PROGRAM OF DOH –

DRUG TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION CENTER REGION I

Statement of the Problem

This will seek to determine the implementation status of the Aftercare Service Program
of the DOH – Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Region I.

Specifically it will answer the following questions

1. What is the profile of the implementers of the Aftercare Service Program clients of

DOH-DTRC Region I in terms of

a. age,

b. sex,

c. Number of years employed,

d. Number of clients enrolled for the years 2015-2018, and

e. Number of graduates for the years 2015-2018?

2. What is the extent of implementation of the Aftercare Service Program in terms of

a. Services, and

b. activities?

3. What are the results or contributions of the Aftercare Service Program to the clients in

terms of the following:

a. Lifestyle, and

b. Coping mechanisms?

4. What is the degree of seriousness of the problems encountered by the implementers?

5. Is there a significant relationship between the profile of the implementers and the extent

of implementation of the Aftercare Program?
