Ramesh Upadhyaya: Ten to twelve years, how much ever time it takes we should be on the
illuminating path of righteous duty. If we loose our way then we should be punished. It is
important to stay away from temptations. We are going to apply this approach in our everyday
lives. Duty should not suffer, rule and administration should be in place. The model of
Chandragupta Maurya has been continued for centuries and it can successfully be carried
forward. I am hopeful.
Secondly, there are different ways to convince and help understand different kinds of people.
There is a possibility to awaken this issue at the national and international level. Even the
constitution can be changed by entering the system through elections. The possibilities are
from both the sides. If we keep our mind and vision open then anything is possible. Who will
be successful in the end only time can tell. Bharat has seen many varieties of people in the last
60 years but still no problem has been solved in this secular country. At the same time this is
to be remembered that we did not get Khalistan. Khalistan’s government formation could not
be achieved. Indian army and the government have the force to suppress a movement- even
ours if we also loose our way. But there are many reasons why the Khalistan government
could not be formed which includes lack of unity amongst the members and also the depleting
impact of their religion. Some became robbers while others, like the naxalites, are running a
movement. Despite many shortcomings it is still continuing with everything being supplied to
them be it from China or here itself. On the other hand in every corner of the country the
situation is such that there is a kind of naxalite rule going on.
Abhinav Bharat’s concept is a permanent concept even if its name is changed to Sanatan
Bharat but its base remains that of righteous duty. For its fulfillment a core committee is
required. Enough time has been spent talking. The committee should have rotating members
since members would be joining from various specialized fields. This committee can be
formed for a particular period like 3, 4 or 5 years. Granting of responsibility to the committee
will be subject to change like international or national level propaganda. While some other
members at the same time should be used to spread fear amongst the Muslim and Christian
communities. This action has to be kept alive like the blast in Hyderabad mosque. There was
no one involved from the ISI or anything. It was one of our men only. This was done in the
name of duty.

Another reason for the fall of Khalistan movement was that after Indira Gandhi’s
assassination Hindus were so angry that they took the Sikhs and beat them hard. “To say that
only Hindus were most angry is not fair. Hindus were led, the people behind were someone
else.” Sudhakar Dwivedi: With this, the belief in Sikhs that they were invincible, is shattered.
So the same way SIMI these days seems invincible but it can be broken. But its meaning
should not be taken at the level of conscious struggle, lower level, political movement, social
movements or social service. Not just at the level of Hindu awakening or its action. “People
only preach with words....but the one who can light fire with words- we should be like that.”
Dalai Lama in 59 years has been unable to say that China has done injustice with Tibet. He
could not even awaken his own people. He can only speak of peace in small international
forums here and there. Nothing will happen of Tibet like this. His talk is only symbolic of
their struggle but nothing more. This struggle means nothing.
Upadhyaya: The worst that man fears is that when he take to arms struggle he can be defeated
and made to be on the floor. We are prepared for the worst. It is important to be mentally
prepared. If the organization is banned then what would be the policy? Then the policy would
be to challenge it legally through a stay order. If this is registered in the UN then the ban here
does not hold any meaning. But even if it is banned here then the organization can be
internationalized by its workings in Israel and Singapore. The vision for India is not this
shrunk, limited Bharat. The principle is simple: ‘if you are not a Hindu then you are my
enemy because I am not safe till the time you are here. I feel insecure by your presence.’
