Reflection after teaching:

For this lesson, I tried to focus on managing the classroom for this semester. On the begging of
the lesson I remind the students of my rules. My first rule is 123 all eyes on me. I told the
students when I say 123 all eyes on me; your eyes should be on me. The first few minutes the
students were behaving nicely, but for the last activity when I wanted to get the students
attention and I said 123 all eyes on me, they looked at me and all the say eyes on you. The
students answer 123 all eyes on me but they were not looking at me. So, I told the students when
I say 123 all eyes should be on me and you should stop working. Reminding the students
worked. Students were paying attention for the most part of the lesson. One of the group the low-
level group were not working as well as the other group, but they were behaving better than my
first two observation.
