Reflection after teaching:

For my second observation, I tried to focus on managing the classroom. It was hard for me to
manage the classroom on my first lesson, so this time I brought some sweet as a positive
reinforcement for the students. On the begging of the class I told the students that I have brought
some gift with me for one of the groups. The group who is most behaving will get the sweets.
Managing the classroom this time was much better than the last time, but still the students were
talking and walking around the classroom. At the end of the lesson I choose scorpion group as
the most behaved group and gave them the sweets. Then I told the students tomorrow I will do
another lesson and I will bring with me more sweets for students who are behaving nicely. I will
try another idea is to print out the student list of names in A3 paper and will use stars as a
positive reinforcement.
