viii) The Punjab Budget Manual;
ix) The Account Code Volume I, Government Accounting Rules, 1990,
Government Accounting Rules for Treasuries 1992 and Account Code
Volume IV;
x) All Service Rules of different categories of employees;
xi) All the instructions of the State Government on different issues; &
xii) Standing Order and other instructions relating to the Treasuries.
