Founder, Director, CEO And General Secretary of SAFE AND HOPE Foundation, of Vikarabad, Telangana.
Here that we clearly sign this Agreement cum bond to take a
building on lease having a area of 12,500 Sq feets containing 5 floors and a cellar for a period of 10 years with minimum lock period of 3 years .
Both parties agreed for paying 1,50,000 Indian rupees as a rent
for leased building per month And the 15% of lease amount will be increased every year And both parties agreed to have a deposit of 10,00,000 Indian rupees as an advance for lease.
According to this the Second party agreed to pay the advance in
2 installments , the first installment will be 5,00,000 indian rupees on 1st May 2019 and the second installment will be paid on 1st August 2019. As a part of first installment the second party is paying 1,00,000 in advance on 17th April ,2019 Cheque no :000237.
The first party promised to handover the building by ……………..
On all these terms and conditions both parties agreed and
signing this bond cum agreement. Fist party signature second party signature
