Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh and good morning.

My name is Aria Danurdoro and I feel privileged to welcome you all on behalf of
Division of Urology/ Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine/ Public Health
and Nursing/ Universitas Gadjah Mada, Sardjito General Hospital, Yogyakarta.

“The aim of education is the knowledge not of fact but of values”. It is on

occasions like this we get opportunities to test our knowledge and understanding.
We look forward to get an exposure about what the best of the brains think about
this very dynamic issue in Urology.

Welcome to symposium of The First Jogja Urology Update 2018 on "Managing

Urologic Cases in Daily Practice for General Practitioners”, which will be held on
November 21st 2018 in Sheraton Hotel, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
The symposium will be held in 1 day; in which we will have the international
symposium divided into several sessions.

We would like to deliver you the agendas of today event:

1. The first agenda would be opening ceremony, followed by
2. opening lecture, and then
3. the international symposium under 4 sessions, which are urology-oncology,
pediatric urology, lunch symposium and miscellaneous

Before we proceed any further, please let me brief you all about the safety
instructions of this building.

Now, before we proceed further this morning, I would like to invite ladies and
