INTRODUCTION:

 It is Centre of contemporary cultural, economic, business, social events. It is not only provides
an improved working environment to its employees but also contribute to the urban level
functions that a living city requires.
 It provides an ideal physical environment with a range of facilities that would maximize the
effectiveness of the individuals and institutions, in their holistic support of habitat.
 An integrated physica+l environment in which various professions and institutions dealing with
different facets of habitat and habitat related environmental issues would function, interact and
attempt to resolve habitat related problems in a coordinated manner.

NEED OF THE STUDY

 This is meant for the heritage, art and culture. It is an exclusive and permanent facility which will
host and cultural events.
 To inculcate better awareness and sensitivity in regard to all aspects of creative human activity
including the significance of art in habitat.
 The project grows out of the need for an urban realm that is centered on the education,
research, training and professional development.

AIM OF THE PROJECT:

The aim of study is that architecture can achieve to create a habitat with active public realm supported
by the built environment, functional design

OBJECTIVES:

• Create clear, segregated paths for movement of people and material within the building.

• Create a humane environment for visitor and performers.

• Blend technical and functional requirements into a design that brings delight to those who use the
building and those who pass by it.

STUDY OBJECTIVE

To study Walk ability, safety and sustainability have emerging as the concern concerns in design

To study education, research, training and professional development on habitat and human settlement
and environment related issues

DESIGN OBJECTIVE

• To design a building by keeping that they can interact together in semi public a spaces under control
with green environment to make them efficient with the traditional wealth and local heritage.
Accommodate technical requirement for highly sophisticated equipment.

• Developing building systems that can accommodate rapid change.

DESIGN COMPONENTS

Components of visual Art gallery, Sculpture courts, learning centers, open theatre, outdoor facilities
include landscape gardens like eco-park, theme park, shades etc, with facilities such as office complex,
Convention facilities, club house, education hub and restaurants and food courts

SCOPE: The habitat is not only a home to these offices and research organizations but in order to
facilitate their interactions, the Centre provides a wide range of facilities like conference venues,
exhibition halls, seminar halls, seminar rooms, restaurants and club and performance venues for the
cultural activities
