a. As to our Apostolate Day, thanks for the suggestions regarding the theme
and we have it already for early communications. But then I still open the
floor for suggestions for the following:

Agenda: Determine reasons why we are celebrating this, and from these reasons, come up with
feasible activities which involve not only the LHS/LST community, but also the affiliated
communities (esp. San José Seminary and Arrupe International Residence)

3. Expansion – lay enrolment, awareness in Ateneo community

Suggested Activities
1. Grand Alumni Homecoming (to be scheduled right after SJS Alumni Homecoming)

We need your inputs here:

Task for Each House/Community (to be forwarded to Beadle for next Business Meeting
and Powwow):

1. Determine objectives that we can achieve in celebrating (or to be more precise, being one
with the celebration) of LST’s Golden Jubilee… which we can streamline toward our
own celebration of our own Golden Jubilee.
a. To Appreciate our history and heritage
b. Look back of our own impact in the local Chuch
c. Strengthen relationship
d. Relish Josefino identity
e. Exppress our gratitude to the Jesuits

2. From these objectives, come up with possible activities in which we can participate (and
perhaps continue toward the celebration of SJS).
a. Series of talks

c. Collections of anecdotes and stories
d. Mass at Sacred heart Novitiate Cemetery
e. Thanksgiving dinner for Jesuit Formators
3. Deadline for this is before 14 February 2015

II. Reminders and/or Changes:

a. Kapatiran 2015 is coming on the 7th February! (Decisions discussed already

during Powwowette).
b. SAPI’s Best re “MAMASAPANO Clash”. Our next SAPI’s Best is on
the 11th February but due to the immediacy of some important topics to be
discussed re the aforementioned issue stated above, the Committee is
asking if we could move the date of SAPI’s Best from 11th to 12th February
to fit the schedule of our Resource Speaker (Paring Bert). If the
community decides to move the schedule, the BEC Prayer would give
way. Are you amenable to this amendment?
c. Outreach Program-Valentine’s Day Celebration on 14th February
(details discussed and decided already during last Powwowette)
 d. I would like to reiterate that our Benefactors’ Night which was scheduled
on the 27th of January is now moved to 19th February to fit the schedule of
our invited presider, Lolo Dency. I hope for your kind understanding. (The
Proposed Program is forwarded already to the ProgCom as being
discussed and suggested during our 2nd Community Powwow).
