Profile

Hello,

My name is Rachel Philpot and I am currently an employee through Enjoy Technology.

As a full time worker with this company I have also managed to go to school full time
where I maintained excellent grades and also received three degrees by the end of 2015
school year. By my achievements I have managed to land a spot in the prestigious Cal
State San Marcos kinesiology Program. From this point I plan on moving up to gain a
doctorates in this profession and soon after open up my own practice. My Goals are to
finish school at the top of my class, to be able to fix people from bad accidents and open
up my own practice. Another goal is to eventually make my way into the NBA and work
with some of the top players out there and finish gathering my certification in Leadership.
Believe it or not I come from a very small town In Florida and a very well structured
military family. With my sense of a great eye to detail and the ability to multitask I
foresee myself as being a great attribution to your company.

Experience
Logistics Admin, Enjoy Technology; San Diego CA- July 2017- Present

Here at enjoy my primary focus is to make sure that all my employees are well equipped
for the day. To make sure on the back end that the register is opened, all variances in
Netsuite and Opus do not exist and to process in and out products to various vendors/
markets. Cycle counts, support, data analyzes are few of the key things I do on the daily
along with lots of computer work/ programming. Within the company I have learned how
to update various products, process equipment in and out of our systems flawlessly and
managed to learn various roles to support or team. I have worked hand in hand with our
support/scheduling team to fix various problems and come up with solutions that have
become beneficial to my entire team. I also was annotated ambassador of variances for
my market and have found myself constantly on our expert to support channel to find
ways to help fix problems internally and externally outside of fulfillment. Along with
everything above I have learned and studied products inside and out and have contributed
to some of our best practices within my team. I also would like to think that I have
mastered opus when it comes to account research, adjustments, quick sales and Inventory
research. I am continuously learning and evolving as my days with enjoy continue and
find myself making connections with all markets to learn how they run things and finding
ways to improve my own market.

UPS Associate/ Picker, Uline; Ontario CA- June 2016- June 2017
Working for Uline has been a great joy where i have learned and am still learning new
systems to help better the company and service our customers. There I pick and pack
fulfillment orders for customers and verify packages with a three step process to assure
the customer gets there orders in a neat, fast and orderly time.

Process Assistant, Tier 3, Amazon; Moreno Valley CA- October 2015- September
2016

As a process assistant I worked hands on with vendors, truck drivers, other facilities and
managed parts of Amazons budget to buy necessary supplies in order to keep our
warehouse running. There i helped manage the accounts as to what we could buy and also
brought in robots to help speed along the process of work.

During the time I trained in all forklifts, reach, and scissor lifts to load and unload trucks
of incoming and out coming material for warehouse and customer orders.

Fulfilment Associate, Tier 1, Amazon; Moreno Valley CA—April 2015- September

2016

As an Amazon Fulfilment associate my job remained the same as to when I was a

Seasonal associate. Except I had the pleasure of learning every last positions in the
warehouse to gain better understanding and knowledge of the company.

During this time I was labeled as a tier 1 in the company giving me the privilege to train
hundreds of new on boarding associates in which ever department they where assigned to.
By this every last associate I trained either became a coach or an ambassador like myself
and remained in the top fifty associates in the entire building of over 5,000 associates.

Also with my time indebted at Amazon I formed two new working systems as to where
we would take multiple items of high value items based off of sales and low value and put
them into designated areas of the warehouse were pickers could come and pick them at
ease with out every having to run to multiple sides of the building looking for one specific
item. By this system it helped generate sales at a higher peak and boost ours rates.

I also managed to create a system by the name of bin con where I would place all items of
the same decent into courter pallets so that they created a more organized fill. By these
two functions i have created they managed to make a big impact and migrate over to
multiple amazon facilities all over.
