remains a prime matter of global concern. Water is an essential element for survival of human beings, Italic
so and hence conservation of water is too muchequally important. In developing countries like India Formatted: Font: (Default) Times New Roman
water requirement is has been increasing day by day. Reuse of water is one of the best way to tackle
with high demand of water. A Lot lot of water is being used everydayevery day and then which finally
goes to sewage. Developing new sewage water treatment processes is very important and those method
must be cost effective. I believe for developing new theories or methods proper knowledge of this
subject is the most vital aspect which has further inspired and directed me to the pursuit of a graduate
program in this challenging field. most important which I can acquire from masters degree.
During my undergraduationunder graduation, I was totally inclinedhad developed a strong inclination
for renewable energy, but when I got earned the opportunity to chance to doundertake an internship in
Rossari Biotech Ltd. I came to knowrealized that even smallscalesmall scale industries use a lot amount
of water and this water is not reused. After doing some basic treatment on waste water this water is fed
to canal. Because of this attitude approach, industrial areas face difficult times during summer when the
ground water level drops significantly. This was the first time when I felt the need to develop some new
methods which small scale industries will can use without investing to much moneymuch on effluent
treatment plant.

energy generation from renewable energy sources. Once while reading I came to know that Volatile
volatile organic chemicals, such as benzene (found in gasoline), or trichloroethylene, dichloroethylene, Formatted: Font: (Default) Times New Roman
and perchloroethylene are produced during aeration process in effluent treatment plant. This These
gases can be effectively used for energy generation along with waste water treatment. Since then I Formatted: Font: (Default) Times New Roman
started relating the theories with the practical world during my first internship at Rossari Biotech
Limited which was a small scale chemical productionchemical production company which intangibly
assisted me to rank 1st helped me secure the first rank in Second Year of coursethe second year of my
course with an impressive CGPA of 9.57 cgpa in my the 4th semester. This was followed by doing anI
followed this up with my second internship at Uttam Galva Ltd. that helped me to score goodwhich
greatly boosted my scores during the in my last two years of course withhaving achieved a stunning
CGPA 9.14of 9.14 and 9.22cgpa in the 6th and 8th semesters respectively. I had also attended a seminar
at IIT Bombay on “Green Building Design” and took training for three days which helped to understand
the importance of greenof green building and how can we use renewable energy sources to light our
houses.
As result of this training, For Finalas a part of my final year project I had made small pelton turbine
system which can be installed in building water tank to generate electricity from kinetic energy of water
thus by reducing energy loss during pumping of water to top of the building. The icing on the cake was
studying the subject of “ Renewable“Renewable Energy Sources”subject during the last year of course.
I had also gained a comprehensive understanding of the subjects such as Environmental Studies,
Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Power Plant Engineering, Production Planning and Control,
Industrial Engineering and Management and modules of Production Process. The study of these
mentioned subjects has increased my curiositystrongly burgeoned my interests and further propelled
me in the direction to explore more in the field of renewable energy and waste management treatment
processes.
Apart from academics, internships and project works, I had excelled in other arenas too., I have been
an active participant in various student bodies during my undergraduate journey. I had the privilege to
be part of Mechanical cricket team. I was also a membera member of National Service Scheme (NSS)
Unit and Rotaract Club where I earned the opportunity to help and serve the community selflessly.
Taking my excellent academic and co-curricular track record into consideration, our Principal had
felicitated me with the“ Studentthe “Student Ofof The Year Award in in the Last last year. These co-
curricular activities have not just contributed to my overall development but also instilled a sense of
gratification in exploring life from different fields.
After the completion of my under-grad studies, the enthusiasm of improving the environment and to
solve the problems related to waste water treatment drove me to jobled to me an employment
opportunity at Rossari Biotech Ltd. The This was the same industry where I had under taken the
internship and got became passionate about development of new waste water treatment process along
with energy generation.
With all my academic know-how and relevant work experience gained till date, I now look forward to
innovating and contributing to the field of technology on the aspects of renewable energy development
in the future. In this context, I have chosen Germany for pursuing graduate studies Germany hasas it
has hosted various environmental summits and is a significant contributor in developing strategies for
the sustainable development .Itdevelopment. It is a leader in the innovation of the tools, technique and
