All the semi finished parts are supplied in the solution-treated condition. During working it is not allowed to carry out heating at a temperature higher than 400°C. except for welding. In case such heating is necessary, the parts must then be subjected to a new solution heat-treatment In case forgings or bars are subjected to machining work on the surfaces in contact with the process fluid, and more than 5 mm thickness are removed, itis subsequently necessary to carry out a new solution heat-treatment. Alll the pipes shall be seamless type. Welded fittings are allowed provided they meet the prescriptions of par, 3.3. When "Urea Grade" 316 L material is required, the use of 25 Cr - 22 Ni - 2 Mo (ASTM A310 Mo Lw) alloy is allowed as an alternative "Urea grade" 316 L stainless steel The stainless steel type 316 L must be in accordance with the ASTM specification whenever applicable or with the specifications DIN 17440 Werkstoff N. 1.4435 or N 1.4429, and moreover, it must comply with the additional prescriptions of par. 3.1 and 3.2 of the present specification, 17-2811900-ponera\1924- urea grado ausenio nado ZA FOAN Sn a = > EUROTECNICA PULAWY -POLAND cour i Contactors and Engine MELAMINE RECOVERY UNIT wre roams 8 MILANO res ser 5B Bae ney “UREA GRADE” AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL ADDITIONAL PRESCRIPTIONS Chemical analysis The 316 L stainless steel must have Ni higher than 13% and C lower or equal to 0.030%. The latter prescription is not required when forgings are not welded afier the solution heat-treatment, neither for assembly. In case of nitrogen presence, it must not exceed 0.20% Within the analysis limits of the relevant specifications and considering the prescriptions of par. 3.1.1, the material chemical composition must be suitable to meet the prescriptions of par. 3.2.1 D: ‘generai924- urea grade austenitic &.doe
