+ More people study English than any other language. Many universities
around the world apply the curriculum in English.
When we learn our native language, first we listen, then we speak, then we read
and finally we write. Listening, speaking, reading and writing are the four
language skills we need to develop for complete communication.

languge that used in these book is of course for children so it very easy to
understand. And of course there are lots of pictures in these book illustration are
given ,so you would know what they are talking about or what written about .
Read or watch the news in English like BBC, CNN... You can know what’s
happening in the world (updating yourself with current affairs and build your
listening skills. And talk about it with friend.
Practice speaking every day because more you practice the language would
come naturally to you. Listening music or video everywhere and try to speak
out the sentences.
You should find a partner to speak E with. If you don’t have any friends to
practice speaking E with you , you can stand in front of a mirror and talk to
yourself. This method also helps to improve your grammar , vocabulary and
sentense structure. After you practice this technique regularly you can feel
confident to express your idea in English.
Every night spend 5 minute writing what you did thoughout the day. Note
new words and learn by heart.

care of yourself and your family.( Instead using day off to go to cinema,
shopping with friend or eating with family or simply resting at home they are

working for a wage or go freelance.
+)In previous generations, most people wanted a stable ,security job and
pension when they were old, so they chose to work for State-owned

(eg. My grandfather has worked all his life for a state-owned enterprise, now he
has retired and he receives only 3 million pensions each month. So in the future
I don't want to be like my grandfather I want to do in international businesses

- Promotions and discounts at the edge of the aisle: placing special offers at
the edge of the aisle means that more people will be exposed to them.
- Foods (sweets) that are meant for children are at a child's eye level => A
kid will grab and beg his parents to buy. And sweets and chocolate also are
display at checkout area. Because cus can simply put them in trolleys without
thinking or give them to the kid to keep them quiet.
- Music encourages cus to shop more. One study found that customers spent
34% more time shopping in stores with background music.
- The things you regularly buy or need are in different part of the store.
Because they want to make you travel round as much as you can when you
seach for them. Along the way you will buy things you never thought of and
be introduced to parts of the store you wouldn’t normally visit.
- With products that are about to expire, they display them at end of ailse.
The colour red is the most noticeable and this is why they use this colour for
sale items. It say“ special offer” doesn’t mean you’re getting a bargain.
- “ Eye level is buy level” the store displayed expensive item at eye level and
cheaper products above or below .
- Marketing is the most important act in a business because it has a direct effect
on profitability and sale. Good marketing should cover are ad, pro, public
relation and sale.
- If you want your business tobe successful the service or product you are
offering must be widely know, if no one know about your product, no one will

But without marketing company would close because their sale would crash.
- Well Nike’s slogan “ Just do It ” and its famous “ swoosh” are very clever acts
of marketing. It’s advertising campaigns use strong memotable images and

- It give to cus a wide variety of range.
* Disadvantage :
- Not assured goods. Because everything is shown on the internet, so we don’t
know the partners. We have to buy the items relying purely on a photograph and
description, we cannot feel or see or test the items we want to buy. It can
sometimes be quite hard to judge the size or quality of some items purely from a
photograph. Maybe we will have the risks or the goods we ordered that didn’t
have the good quality or enough functions as mentioned in the contract.
- The main disadvantage of shopping online is that you have to pay shipping
costs for the items we purchased to be shipped and delivered. The costs of
shipping may outweigh any savings you made on the purchase price with
products from far place.
- Shipping time. The goods we ordered could take several weeks if we have
purchased a product from overseas. We will not be able to purchase an item we
need to use immediately online.
- The next disadvantage of shopping online is much harder and takes longer to
return faulty goods; we will have to repack it and pay ship back to the seller. It
can take weeks to exchange a faulty product purchased online .
- There are security conserns about payment by credit card over the Internet.
=> The environment and culture your employees are working in is more stable,
and therefore makes employees feel more comfortable in their jobs. The
manager-employee relationship is the base for developing a better overall work
culture, that keeps employees happy.Companies who follow workplace equality
philosophies and implement regulations to uphold these philosophies are able to
show their beliefs and compliance to the public. This may improve the
reputation of the company .

complete the task and depend on others.

managers.
