Action Plan

1. Identify an unmet or poorly addressed need in the community


a. Overuse of plastic, plastic pollution, amount of plastic waste not being handled
properly - specifically plastic bottles, plastic bags, and the environmental effects
of plastic
2. Research the subject. Statistics on both a national and local basis can provide valuable
information about the issue and may provide indications as to how to address.

being that the citizens are ignorant to the rules of recycling which causes a large
amount of plastic waste.
