1.0 Vessel Entry/Confined Space Status Remarks
1.1 The vessel is isolated, Blinded and Tagged 1.2 The isolation Line and Blinding sections are highlighted on P&ID for clear identification. 1.4 The vessel is Purged and Checked for Oxygen Level and LEL 1.5 Class-1 Permit issued for entry and Stand by man is provided to look after the vessel entry work. 1.6 If Vessel Entry is required in N2 / Inert Atmosphere suitable Air Line equipment to be provided with Proper Supervision 2.0 Catalyst Filling 2.1 Dust Mask and Safety Goggles, Helmets to be used. 2.2 Lifting of Catalyst should be done on certified Lifting Tools 2.3 Lifting Area Cordoned off for Unauthorised entry 2.4 Well Ventilated working area for Vessel Entry/ Standby person to deputed for communication with the person inside the vessel during confined space entry. 3.0 Hydro jetting 3.1 Worker using Safety Googles, Safety Helmet and Safety Shoes 3.2 Hose Fittings using for Hydro jet is provided with Whip Check Safety Compliance Check for Shut Down Work at KRIBHCO
