Republic) & (Plan Company - Kurdistan Region- Iraq) for

construction of (Banuy Talaban Dam project) in (Koya) Kurdistan
Region- Iraq

We are as (PS Profi Company) pleased to have a joint venture

agreement with (Plan Company) in construction of (Banuy Talaban Dam
Project) which is located at (Koya) Kurdistan Region – Iraq for the
construction duration, and we will be responsible for:

1. Providing technical support for supervision and coordination for

construction of (Banuy Talaban) project throughout the project
duration (2) years,
2. Providing international experts and professionals in construction
of earth dam and it's appurtenant structures (spillway, bottom
outlet, diversion, power house, intake and dam body),
3. Preparing re-designing for any required structures and items.
4. PS Profi company will prepare a scientific trip for (6) SIX Iraqi
engineers, technicians & geologists on the new systems and
technologies for construction of various types of Dams and
Reservoirs. Duration of the training will be (30) Days in outside
Iraq during the period of implementation process. PS Profi shall
supply visas, health insurance and prepare a training course
program for the trainees. --- (Hint, the costs of travel tickets and
expenses, accommodation, pocket money health insurance
....etc. will be covered by Plan Company)

construction of (Degala Dam project) in (Koya) Kurdistan Region-
Iraq

We are as (PS Profi Company) pleased to have a joint venture

agreement with (Awen Company) in construction of (Degala Dam
Project) which is located at (Koya) Kurdistan Region – Iraq for the
construction duration, and we will be responsible for:

1. Providing technical support for supervision and coordination

for construction of (Degala) project throughout the project
duration (2 years),
2. Providing international experts and professionals in
construction of earth dam and it's appurtenant structures
(spillway, bottom outlet, diversion, power house, intake and
dam body),
3. Preparing re-designing for any required structures and items.

Iraqi engineers, technicians & geologists on the new systems

Region- Iraq

We are as (PS Profi Company) pleased to have a joint venture

agreement with (Zarya Company) in construction of (Razga Diwin Dam
Project) which is located at (Shaqlawa) Kurdistan Region – Iraq for the
construction duration, and we will be responsible for:

1. Providing technical support for supervision and coordination

for construction of (Razga Diwin) project throughout the
project duration (2 years),
2. Providing international experts and professionals in
construction of earth dam and it's appurtenant structures
(spillway, bottom outlet, diversion, power house, intake and
dam body),
3. Preparing re-designing for any required structures and items.
