Arpita has more than 13 years of industry experience in training, project management, program management
and people development including consulting role.
Arpita is currently employed with a manufacturing company in Bangalore in Training and OD. Arpita was
identified as a high potential manager and efficient worker towards people development and engagement
initiatives. She has served organizations like Atos, Schneider Electric acquired Invensys, Manpower Global in
various capacities.
Arpita’s passion for developing people, her instant ability to connect with the audience, approachability, her
knowledge, creativity on delivering the topics, continuous improvisation, are some of her unique capabilities.
She brings experiential learnings from the industry to ensure personal effectiveness.
Arpita holds TTT certification from Dale Carnegie. She was associated with Manipal University and Sikkim
Manipal University as Professor, Examiner, Evaluator and Reviewer on Human Resource Management (HRM)
and Soft skill topics for MSc. Tech, BBA, MBA and Flexi-MBA batches of university students and corporates
batches. She has contributed to Web-based Training (WBT) curated content development and review which
benefitted over 2 lakh students (students and working professionals). She specializes in designing course
content tailored to meet organization’s specific needs of competency and skills development, designed to get
results. She has also worked with assignments on Metamorphosis program for freshers for a US Market
Research company Blue Ocean India Pvt ltd. She was also invited as a guest speaker at St. Joseph’s College
(11th & 12th standard students) for Motivational and Life Skills talk.
Arpita received a Bachelor’s degree (B.E.) in Instrumentation Technology from R.V.C.E Bangalore in 1997,
MBA in Systems Management from IISWBM, Kolkata in 2001 and EPHRM from IIM Lucknow in 2011.

Modules:
For total 9 hours the honorarium is Rs. 45000/- (Rupees Forty-Five Thousand Only).
Logistic Requirements:

- Internet connection, System : participant ratio :: 1:3 mainly for modules Manpower Planning & Performance
Management System to provide a practical exposure.
