1 Login Screen
1.1Logging in
In order to login to the system you will need to have your Company ID, Username
and Password. All of these will have been issued to you by the system
administrator.
Please note: your company ID and Username will always be the same however
you will have to change your password every so often
Please note: once you login with this new generated password you will be asked
to change the password again.
The user Administration Screen allows users to add, edit and delete uses within a
given account.
Please note: Only users within a given account (the companyID you logged in
with) will be displayed

You will then be asked to enter there Username, Forename, Surname and finally
you can select which Policy you with to assign them too form the drop down box.

Secondly click the “Edit user” button and you will be presented with a pre
populated form with the selected users’ information. You can change there
Username, Forename, Surname and reassign the user to a different Policy.
3 Accounts Screen
Please note: You will only be able to see information based on the account you
have logged into (CompnayID)

The Groups Screen allows users to Add / Edit and Remove Groups
