INTERPRETATIONS

1. 60% of the respondents preferred spreadsheets , 27% preferred manual records


and 13% used any other.
2. 87% of the respondents agree that H4talentCRM has made tracking easy and rest
13% track candidates with any other.
3. 73% of the respondents agree with the fact that H4talentCRM helps in better
screening of candidates and rest 27% are not sure about this.
4. 87% of respondent have seen positive change in productivity due to AI in
H4TalentCRM and rest 13% are not sure about this.
5. 73% of respondents says that H4talentCRM helps in eliminating biasness , 20%
are not sure and rest 7% disagrees.
6. 40% of the respondents agrees that its H4talentcrm is enough for sourcing , 53%
says that they need job portals also and rest 7% disagrees.
7. 53% of respondent needs training necessarily to understand H4talentcrm and rest
47% says there is no compulsion.
8. 80% of the respondent agree to the fact that H4talentcrm saves time and cost ,13%
disagree and rest 7% are not sure about this.
9. 86% of the respondents are sure that its has made a positive change in recruitment
records whereas other 20% are not sure.

RECOMMENDATIONS
• Recruitment process is very much crucial to every organization and today
this process has become mostly digitalized because of advancement of
technology. According to the research it is highly recommended to use
latest technologies like artificial science, applicant tracking system cloud
based system job portals in recruitment process as it increases the
productivity and helps in finding right person for the right job with less
efforts.
• Recruiters in the company should continue to use technologies like
H4talentcrm and job portals to attract, source , screen and shortlist
candidates.
