Having power over someone somehow give temporary satisfaction to bullies.

But it doesn't follow that it

is a right thing to do. But as everyone always know, taking power over someone or giving power away is
always temporary because it is an illusion. Yes, only an illusion that a coward person always keeps on
doing. Pity for the victims of this inhumane act. Because for me, bullying is always equal to death.

One of the common types of bullying is cyber-bullying. Cyber-bullying has been a problem for a very long
time. The development of our technology today caused cyber-bullying that has become one of the most
difficult issues to resolve in our society. Who are responsible to monitor and prevent cyber-bullying? It is
of common known that this commonly occurs at school, community, even in our home because this
happens through mobiles, computers and etc which we know that almost every people in this world
possesses. An offensive word received in a social media for example can determine or discourage a
person that quick. In this light, proper monitoring should be done by parents who should constantly
communicate with their children to open up things which might be an indication of something that may
be wrong. Teachers and other authorities should keep on educating the youth about cyber-bullying to
prevent this kind of issue likewise that the students and their teachers should always have conversations
about relationships on a daily basis. Maybe it is impossible for the teachers to preach kindness to
students; but they can teach students how to be nice and kind to one another. Everyone must learn to
view individual differences as unique sources of strength. This will help teachers prevent cyber-bullying
in school by making the students appreciate every individual.

In connection, people also have to understand that some children bully because they have emotional
and developmental problems, or because they come from abusive families. It is their way to bar
themselves as victims of their own life hurdles. Everyone especially teachers have to understand that
this is only because students who bullies need their attention and help. It is not just like a mathematical
problem of finding x, or knowing what's next in no. 2. It is not that simple. Cyber-bullying is not a joke.
Because I personally believe that all forms of bullying leads to death. Death of self confidence. Death of
a happy person. Death of one's soul. And worse? Death of one's life. That's how big this issue is, that
everyone should be involved. Everyone can start to make a difference. As Abraham Lincoln said, be a
nobody rather than an evil somebody.
