1. LOFT OPERATING GUIDE


A. Operating guide

1) Instructor/Evaluator should select SPECIAL EVENTS in any


circumstance during LOFT session.
2) Instructor/Evaluator should select EVENTS from events group in a
random manner. They are all of equal value.
3) Maximum number of events are not more than 10 events.
4) Instructor/Evaluator should ensure that selected events are not
repeated when same LOFT scenario is used.
5) Multiple events can be selected in a reasonable manner.
Put the event number the Instructor/Evaluator has given on the
critique sheet.
6) The POST-LOFT training must be completed in time remaining
after LOFT is completed. Priority is captain’s training, then F/O’s.
