Re: Recommendation for Himanish Reddy

It is with enthusiasm and honor that I recommend Himanish Reddy to your Universityl. He is an outstanding student and
young man in so many ways with major strengths in honesty and integrity. As his Healthcare Science teacher and Advisor of
both HOSA and National Technical Honor Society, I have seen many examples of Himanish’s talent and have been long
impressed with his diligence and work ethic. I have found him to be both a strong student academically and a lead role
model for his peers where he exhibits a curiosity to explore and achieve objectives that he sets for both himself and a group
at large.

Himanish has been an active and integral part of Lambert High School and the community where all those that are working
alongside him take notice of his work ethic sincerity. In all roles that Himanish takes on, he exhibits compassion and
commitment to his accountabilities. He has been a key player with the current success of Lambert High School HOSA which
has quickly evolved to be recognized as the world’s largest chapter. There is not a day that goes by where Himanish does not
demonstrate his follow through on his responsivities to school work and his extracurricular service projects. What strikes me
most about Himanish is his keen ability to lead and facilitate all others through his communication style which is clear, direct,
and inviting to the active listener of all abilities. His bedside manner as a healthcare provider is excellent as observed in both
the Child Development Center at Northside Hospital and clinical internship where he has earned to date 150 hours and
counting at Northside Hospital Forsyth in three different patient care units.

Himanish is determined to persevere and not allow anything to get in his way toward obtaining his academic and
extracurricular goals as witnessed through his research internship Young Dawgs at University of Georgia. Furthermore,
Himanish is an active member in several National Honor Societies where he blends his educational and community service to
serve the greater good. Himanish has enrolled in high school with advanced placement, accelerated, and honors course work
and continues to master the content successfully by adjusting and managing his educational requirements. I definitely
foresee this young man to be able to attain his academic goals due to his effort, attention to detail, and ambitions in
particular in healthcare science.

Himanish is an exceptional student who takes pleasure in learning for learning sake and takes whatever he can from a class or
experience and often goes the extra mile to learn more about a topic that interests him.
