I am pleased to confirm your acceptance of an internship position as (Architect) in the (Neev Team) at
a pay rate (8000) of (per month 9AM to 5PM). Your first day of the work will be (26-04-2019). Your
duties and assignments for this position will be those described to you in your orientation with (Work
Assignments). Delay or failure in finishing of Work Assignment will levy a penalty of 1000 INR per
month. This is deductible from your aforesaid stipend.

This offer is contingent upon completion of a physical examination, including a drug screen, and
completion of employment processing procedures, as well as a criminal and/or financial background
check. Please report to the Neev Team at (12 PM) on (26-04-2019) with the appropriate documents
and completed forms.Salaries are counted till 24th of Each month and given only on 1st to 4th of NEXT
MONTH. Outstation allowance or another is given differently if needed.

The probation period is for 3-4 months. You will be given a completion certificate only if you fully
complete 3 months. The 500/- per month Deducted will be given to you along with your certificate.
We welcome you to learn, earn and enjoy. Your stipend is governed by attendance on time and work.
We will promptly award you once you do good work or bring work for Neevinternational. Upon
completion of probation you will be on scale of 13600/- per month plus bonus. (Consolidated)

Note :- For ladies only 2 leaves are given as paid leaves per month besides SUNDAYS. These has to be
inclusive of holidays or told via email. Late coming, Making excuses, Bad Behaviour will terminate this letter
without any amount settled. Do note that you are responsible for a good atmosphere. A good atmosphere
and behavious is must for a healthy and wealthy life. For gents 1 leave is given as paid leave per month besides
regular holidays. Leaves are to be emailed. More leaves may result in termination. . Termination amount is
never settled if you are leaving us in between, with one year or less time. After one year you may give 3
months’ notice if your intention seem to change.
Annexure:-

1- Project allowance for you shall be separate for all projects worth more than 2 lacs of rupees this is
subject to completion of your probation period of 3-4 months say for example you become a part of
project worth 5 lacs INR and its determined that 300* example per day is your allowance than in
addition to 13600 you will be given project allowance. Say 6 days (300X6=1800) is allowance.
2- The project allowance is only subjected to successful completion of project. This is also subjected to
timely payment by the client and your in part of the project.
3- You will be give project allowance only once that project has completed and full payments made to us
after 15 days of completion of project.
4- PAID LEAVES ARE APPLICABLE ONLY AFTER COMPLETION OF PROBATION
5- For abroad or out of city jobs you will be paid 1200/- INR FIXED allowance per day and in that you
have to manage TA and DA. (For non-metro city) For metro city 1500/- per day is fixed as your TA
and DA subject to approval of your bills and passing by management. Do note NO EXTRA or over
allowance is given to you till your letter is revised after completion of 1-2 years.
6- Train Ticket and travel are only given once the distance is more than 200 kms. This being to your
convenience Air ticket is applicable only for more than 1000 KMS of distance.
7- YOUR MAIN DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES are given as below

Duties of Architect Grade 2

1- Making power point presentation and MS word, MS Office, MS Excel .
2- Making Adobe photoshop details and Adobe Sketch book
3- Emailing and calling for order generation*** important
4- AUTOCAD, REVIT, TEKLA STRUCTURE with SKETCHBOOK
5- Making of Architectural drawing and survey reports
6- GIS and Survey drawings using our software
7- Soil Testing report initiation

The above task are fixed however they may vary as per mutual understanding.
Your target to complete at least 4-5 Project is seen in your PROBATION period.
Further in case there are fewer projects than 5 your PROBATION period automatically extends to
1 month further. Rest your daily allowance on PROJECTS during probation is fixed to 150/- Rs. Per
day besides stipend of 8000/- The Amount will vary once you are completing 3-4 months with us.
After 4 months the amount of daily allowance will vary from 200-300 Rs. Per day.
