substituted sub-contractor for [insert the nature of the works] at a price of [insert amount].

[If agreeing, add:]

In accordance with clause 35.18.1.2, we agree to this price.

[If not agreeing, add:]

In accordance with clause 35.18.1.2, we do not agree to this price, because [insert reasons].
