Liquidation:
Since sila ma handle sang training, sila man dapat liquidate kag provide
receipts and ubrahon ta lng ya is is countersign ang report as SK FED. Pwede
tman sila preparahan sang blank COA form nga I sila lng ya ma fill up pero kita
ma sign.
At least three days after the activity dapat may liquidation report na.
Will organizers be willing to prepare liquidation report to be submitted to SK?

Sample/Demo Lecture:

Third week of November- Sample pf Training
Fourth week of November- Inclusion of the proposal in the SP session for
approval c/o Kap. Irene, MOA Signing of terms and conditions

First week of December- Dissemination of info about up coming training, initial

registration and confirmation of attendees

WHAT SK FED WILL PROVIDE:

SK FED will facilitate obtaining the budget

SK will draft Resolution and refer to Kap Irene
SK FED will be responsible in reaching out to attendees and confirming
attendance
SK FED will draft MOA
SK will assist in the documentation of the event
