Responsibilities
Plan, advertise, and execute school-wide events and activities that cater to
students’ needs
Communicate with EF sales offices worldwide to plan group itineraries
Liaise with local and national service providers to negotiate rates for student
excursions
Spearhead student service programs
Hire, train, and manage Activities Action Leaders during Summer session weeks
Manage accurate and up to date financial and filing records
Maintain Facebook and all social media accounts for the school
Develop and maintain Oglethorpe University activities and staff relationships
Share emergency on call duties with other school staff on rotating basis

The Position:
We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated candidate who wants to take the next step in their professional career. As
the Assistant Manager Travel Canada,you’ll be assisting the Manager Travel Canada in leading a successful team of flight
booking agents. The team is responsible for providing ideal and cost-efficient flight solutions for our individual and group
travelers. You will also be responsible for a small group volume yourself.
You would earn a competitive salary. You would enjoy 3 weeks of vacation in your first year with the company and 4 weeks in
the second. You also would be entitled to full health and dental benefits, an RSP matching plan, as well as attractive travel
advantages.
