Task: Imagine that your town asked you to design a recreational park for the community.
1. Design you own park. What will you include in your park’s ecosystem?
2. You need to have at least 5 different places for activities (ex: baseball field, playground, walking
trail, etc.). Make sure that you also include trees, plants, animals (predators/prey), people, and anything
living and nonliving that you can find in your park.

3. You need to use at least 3 different shapes for this activity (ex: square, circle,
triangle).
4. The park needs to be in color. *Black and White will not be accepted.
5. Label each piece of your drawing inside your park. Remember, to name your park and the main
attractions in your park.
(ex: Miss Drinkwine's Park, Happy playground, Blue lagoon pond)
6.The labels are included to help you talk about your park.
You will be expected to do a 30 second presentation explaining where your park is and what there is to
do in the park.
