CONTRACT PAPER FOR THE POSITION OF A GARDENER

This agreement is made between Mr and Mrs. Daniel McKnight, the employer and Mr.
/Mrs.……………………………….. passport no …………..……. National the employee the second party.

The first party agrees to employ the second party in this company for the post of house gardener on
the following terms and conditions.

1. Basic Monthly salary $2800 dollars monthly with a 40 dollars weekly allowance.

2. Contract period initially for two years but renewable on mutual consent unless terminated by
either party giving writing at least one month notice of such intention

3. Traveling Expenses: Both way air passages (for joining and return) shall be borne by the employer.

4. Accommodation: The employer should provide suitable accommodation free of cost in case of
working community where lodging can be rented and employer wishes to pay cash in lieu of rent. It
shall be paid at the rate suitable to the locality.

5. Working days/hours: Normal working days shall be 6 days per work and one day paid holiday per
week and working hours shall be 8 hours per day, 48 hours weekly.

6. Overtime: In case the employer requests the worker to work overtime or on holidays, the
employer shall pay for the overtime or holiday work at 150% of the basic salary rate.

7. Leave Benefit. The employer shall clearly state weekly holidays, annual holiday, and annual
vacations specifying no day’s payment of the country of employment.

8. Medical Admissible: Under the labor laws of employment.

9. The labor government workers law fees will be shouldered by the employee under the law of labor
government and there’s no salary deduction involved.

10.Issurance: The employer shall take every necessary insurance policy to guarantee the employee in
case of any illness, domestic accident, injury according to the law of the country of employer.

11. A proof of identify (Intl. passport, Government issued ID etc) must be forwarded to the employer
by the employee to guarantee transparency and genius.
12. Transportation: The employer shall provide free transportation for the employee to go and back.

13. Repatriation: The employer shall manage the repatriation return of died and service benefit to the
legal heirs of the employees.

Any other terms and conditions not mentioned in this agreement will be governed by the labor laws
of the employment country.

Notice: Employee should sign this employment letter of sponsor at the acceptance of this offer with
the corresponding signature on travelling passport
