TERMS & CONDITIONS – BIG Pr8sperity

1. This “BIG Pr8sperity” (“Campaign”) is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as BIG Loyalty Sdn.
Bhd. and Think BIG Digital Sdn. Bhd.) (“Organiser”).

2. By participating in this Campaign, all participants (“Participants”) will be deemed to have read, understood
and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign as stated herein and any
additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser (as may be applicable) including the decisions of
the Organiser in all matters related thereto.

3. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Registration for and/or
participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of these conditions of entry. Acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions is a pre-condition of entry.

4. This Campaign runs from 3 February 2019, 20:00 (GMT+8) and closes on 10 February 2019, 20:00 (GMT+8)
(both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the
Campaign Period at any time as it deems fit.

5. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements (“Campaign
Requirements”):
a) Participants must be a BIG Member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the
loyalty and rewards program operated by BIG under the name “BIG Loyalty Program”) and have a
unique registration number known as the “BIG Member ID” issued by BIG at the point of participation
in the Campaign;
b) Perform the following during the Campaign Period:-
(i) Log into BIG Loyalty app and click on the BIG Pr8sperity app overlay or log into the microsite
on web to be directed to the BIG Pr8sperity microsite. In the microsite, Participants will have
to enter their BIG Member email address and password after which the visual of a firecracker
and a call-to-action (“CTA”) button to light up the firecracker will appear. Upon lighting the
firecracker, Participants will either be entitled to receive 888 BIG Points or 88 BIG Points via a
unique code, or a CNY greeting through a randomiser.
(ii) Each Participant can only get one unique code per day, be it 888 BIG Points or 88 BIG Points,
which has to be copied and pasted into the “Rewards Code” tile on the BIG Loyalty app and/or
website.
(iii) Each Participant is required to paste the unique code in the app and/or website by 8pm the
next day to be entitled to the BIG Points. After that, the microsite will be refreshed to allow
the same Participant to fire up the firecracker to try to get additional BIG Points via a new
unique code.
(iv) A Participant can only light up the firecracker a maximum of 3 times per day in order to get the
unique code.
(v) Up to 500 lucky Participants will be eligible to win 888 BIG Points per day and up to 2,000 lucky
Participants will be eligible to win 88 BIG Points per day.
(vi) Once the daily capping of BIG Points is reached, subsequent Participants will get a CNY
greeting.
(vii) All Participants are encouraged to share the Campaign on their social media to be in the
running to win 88,888 BIG Points. A pop-up message will appear to encourage them to share
the Campaign on their social media to stand a chance to win 88,888 BIG Points when a
Participant copies the unique code to paste in the “Rewards Code” tile on the BIG Loyalty app
and/or website and when they receive a CNY greeting.
(viii) Upon sharing, Participants will receive a personalised link that will be tagged with their BIG
Member ID for them to share on social media. The link will also be able to track how many
people have clicked on it.
(ix) The more people who light up the firecracker from the Participants’ personalised link, the
better the chances for the Participants to win 88,888 BIG Points.
(x) Those who have previously accessed the BIG Pr8sperity microsite and participated in the
Campaign will be reminded via a pop-up message to share the microsite with their friends. The
pop-up has a counter to keep track of how many successful clicks the Participant’s personalised
link has garnered to motivate the Participant to share more for a chance to win 88,888 BIG
Points.
(xi) The winner of 88,888 BP will be announced on Chap Goh Meh, 19 February 2019 via a BIG
Facebook post.
(xii) The 888 BPs and 88BPs awarded pursuant to this Campaign is valid for thirty (30) days from
the day of the BIG Points are credited into the Participants’ BIG Member account.
c) BIG Members who are blacklisted will NOT be able to participate in this Campaign:
d) Employees of the Organiser and their family members are not allowed to participate in this
Campaign.

6. The Organiser reserves the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of the Participants. Without
limitation, Participants agree to provide a copy of the identification card and/or passport to the Organiser
upon request. The Organiser has the absolute right not to award BIG Points to Participants who have created
temporary accounts using temporary emails or who the Organisers think has indulged in fraudulent practices
in order to earn the BIG Points. The Organiser’s decision in relation to all aspects of the giveaway are final,
binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.

7. Only Participants that fulfil this Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be eligible to receive the BIG Points.
Participants that fail to fulfil this Campaign Terms and Conditions will automatically be disqualified from the
Campaign without notice.

8. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the BIG Points without any prior notice
to the Participants.

9. The Organiser further reserves its right to use any collected personal data of Participants in accordance with
the Organiser’s Privacy Policy that is available on the Organiser’s website and mobile app and the Participants
are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.

10. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to forfeit the BIG
Points from any it believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to
this Campaign or to the Organiser.

11. Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organiser, via email or any other
mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser.

12. The BIG Points are not exchangeable and/or transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The usage of the BIG Points is subject to the BIG Membership Terms and Conditions.

13. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any
prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension
by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any
and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation,
termination or suspension.
14. The Organiser, subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including,
without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury
or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection
with this Campaign.

15. The Terms and Condition contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions
or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.

16. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions (wholly
or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.

17. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign including but not limited to the BIG
Points award and Participants shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstances and no appeal
or complaint from any Participants will be entertained.

18. All expenses associated with this Campaign such as transportation and accommodation (if applicable) shall
be solely borne by the Campaign Participants.

19. These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies
between these Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
